Leads complex engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation through commissioning and startup. Manages scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, contracting, construction, quality, regulatory compliance, stakeholder relationships, and team performance. Develops project execution plans, estimates, budgets, schedules, risk models, contingency plans, and progress reports. Coordinates internal teams, contractors, vendors, customers, public officials, and regulatory agencies while ensuring safe, technically sound, and economically valuable project delivery.

Creates and updates pipeline, plant instrumentation, piping, structural, drainage, grade, elevation, lot plan, and alignment drawings using CAD software. Design, build, deploy, and maintain production AI systems and agentic LLM solutions. Develop advanced algorithms (optimization, forecasting, CV), cloud infrastructure, APIs/SDKs, tooling, prompts, and user interfaces. Ensure security, monitoring, cost control, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with IT and business partners.

Prepare, analyze, negotiate, interpret, and administer complex third-party technology and corporate contracts. Advise internal stakeholders on risk and obligations, maintain contract records and databases, support contract lifecycle processes, assist audits, and recommend process improvements.

Manage and grow customer relationships for a refined products terminal, originate new business, lead complex contract negotiations, prepare economic models and analyses, evaluate terminal expansion and connectivity projects, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, logistics, accounting) to optimize terminal performance and revenue.

Maintain and enhance CPM/leak detection and pipeline simulation systems, provide 24/7 operations support and on-call diagnostics, perform hydraulic/CFD pipeline analyses, develop custom tools (Python/VBA/PowerShell/Batch), investigate incidents, produce reports, and manage related enhancement projects to improve safety and efficiency.

Provide desktop and conference-room support, triage and resolve escalated incidents, onboard new hires, manage inventory, assemble/install servers and data-center equipment, mentor Tier I support staff, collaborate on infrastructure changes, and support OS, networking, storage, virtualization, monitoring, and database administration tasks.
