Finance FP&A intern supporting long-range financial planning, budget-to-actual analysis, operating expense forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly and quarterly management reporting. Establishes governance and portfolio management frameworks, monitors performance, mitigates risks, and advises executives. Develops Board-ready presentations and business cases, facilitates cross-functional decision-making, and drives organizational change across a matrixed environment.

Leads integrated project scheduling for large industrial capital projects, aligning scope, cost, risk, quality, and schedule systems. Develops project baselines, performs predictive and quantitative forecasting, conducts contract schedule and contractor performance reviews, tailors scheduling processes, and provides strategic reports and executive-level guidance. The role requires advanced Primavera P6 expertise, strong project controls knowledge, stakeholder leadership, and occasional emergency-response support.

Summer Design Engineering Intern supporting utility facility projects under engineering staff guidance. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, reviewing records, creating AutoCAD job-order sketches, taking field measurements, preparing estimates, and assisting with project management for electric and gas facilities. The intern will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, work 40 hours per week, follow safety requirements, and participate in professional development activities.
