Responsibilities include maintaining system documentation, configuring coupon codes and ticket builds, managing capacities, coordinating vendor deliverables, testing functionality, troubleshooting front-of-house issues, escalating and tracking support tickets, assisting visitors, managing system intake requests, supporting cross-department projects, and preparing sales and operational reports.

Lead development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies to drive audience growth, retention, and brand loyalty across Education and Advancement. Use audience insights and analytics to optimize campaigns, build measurement scorecards, manage creative execution and agencies, and recruit and mentor a marketing team. Partner cross-functionally to align long-term brand priorities with short-term acquisition and fundraising goals.

The Senior Director will lead the Philanthropic Foundations Team, develop strategic partnerships, oversee fundraising efforts, and manage a team to drive revenue and impact for the Society's mission.
