Lead transition of NPI test solutions into scalable high-volume production. Develop test architectures, drive DFT, optimize yield and cycle time, deploy/qualify standardized testers across global CMs, manage change control, maintenance, and reporting to improve FPY and production capacity.

Lead US steel sourcing strategy and team, own total cost of ownership for steel commodities, negotiate long-term supplier agreements, build resilient supplier base, align demand with supply, and provide executive reporting and market-risk mitigation to support utility-scale solar projects.

Perform tool and fastener qualification and validation for solar tracker products. Develop and execute test plans, build/operate test setups, evaluate torque and fastening performance, qualify vendors, document results, and support cross-functional engineering, quality, and field teams to ensure safe, repeatable installations.
