Lead the customer experience strategy and operating model for SMB and Mid-Market customers. Guide callers through structured interviews, accurately document report details, maintain strict confidentiality, and deliver empathetic customer service. The role requires emotional resilience, sound judgment, multitasking, schedule flexibility for 24/7 operations, and comfort using Microsoft Office and proprietary software. This is a remote position requiring a secure workspace, reliable internet, bilingual communication ability, and at least 35 WPM typing speed.

The role requires strong judgment, communication, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Supports customers implementing NAVEX risk and compliance solutions by assessing business needs, mapping requirements, designing best-practice solutions, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and presenting technical and functional recommendations. The role manages multiple implementation projects, documents processes and training, communicates project status, and uses Salesforce and professional services automation tools. Hybrid work and 10%–15% air travel may be required.

Own the vision, roadmap, strategy, and delivery for NAVEX’s data and analytics portfolio, including Power BI reporting and a unified data model. Lead product managers, drive customer discovery and competitive research, prioritize investments, manage cross-team dependencies, and establish measurable outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to deliver scalable analytics, AI-enabled experiences, successful launches, adoption, retention, and growth.
