Process public record searches (state/county/federal criminal records, MVRs, credit/business reports, SSN traces, databases), research hits, enter orders, deliver reports, maintain compliance and client guidelines, document adjudication notes, meet production targets, and route information to correct resources.

Support product strategy and execution across the product lifecycle: gather requirements, write specifications and user stories, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering/design/marketing, analyze data and customer feedback, lead release planning, and help bring product initiatives to market.
