Supports commercial contracting and administers the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system. Responsibilities include managing intake, approvals, execution, repositories, renewals, workflows, templates, reporting, playbooks, and contract procedures. Partners with legal, sales, finance, procurement, operations, information security, executives, and other stakeholders to improve contract efficiency, controls, and visibility.

Build client relationships, identify needs, resolve concerns, maintain Salesforce records, exceed sales targets, and develop expertise in Ministry Brands’ solutions.

Lead analysis of payment and donation data across networks and providers to generate insights, reduce card processing costs, model merchant pricing, monitor interchange and fees, produce reports for stakeholders, partner with product managers, and oversee implementation of pricing changes.
