Lead company financial planning and accounting operations including budgeting, month-end close, G/L reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll, tax, audit, and financial reporting under US GAAP. Supervise evening loan processing and manual underwriting teams: assign workloads, monitor productivity, quality, and compliance. Review applications within delegated authority, resolve escalations, train and coach staff, complete quality reviews, and provide hands-on underwriting and processing support.

Design, build, program, install, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems including PLCs, robots, vision, HMIs, VFDs, and panels. Lead installations and start-ups, manage projects, perform maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance.
