Serve as HR site leader for a 24/7 CNC machining and precision manufacturing facility. Provide recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits and leave administration, training, investigations, HRIS and records management, wage and salary support, workforce reporting, and employee engagement initiatives across all shifts.

Provides bilingual Spanish-English customer service to merchants and consumers throughout loan application, verification, funding, and cancellation processes. Responsibilities include entering applications, communicating underwriting decisions, troubleshooting the application portal, verifying contracts, indexing documents, confirming obligations, identifying potential fraud, completing callbacks, escalating issues, and following compliance procedures.

Develops and improves injection molding processes, including cell setup, tooling trials, robot programming, process validation, and production readiness. Verifies root causes, implements corrective actions, reduces scrap and downtime, and supports APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R, and Cpk studies. Provides launch support, trains production personnel, maintains job instructions and project records, and collaborates with quality, maintenance, operations, engineering, and customers.

Processes customer orders, maintains customer and order records, generates invoices, supports billing, and manages eCommerce order issues. Assists customers with account setup, ordering, product questions, shipping, and order status. Coordinates domestic and international shipments, resolves order concerns, identifies upselling opportunities, supports retention, generates reports, and contributes to process improvements across sales and customer service operations.

Develops high-temperature and high-performance cables from customer requirements through production transition. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, creating product documentation and manufacturing routers, evaluating materials and equipment, validating test data, supporting manufacturing and sales, managing AS9100 document control, and interfacing with customer engineers. Requires three to ten years of wire and cable experience, a technical degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and detail orientation.
