Conduct research on modeling, communications, networking, and machine learning for distributed maritime operations of surface and underwater vehicles. Design algorithms and software tools for decision-making, communications, networking, and autonomous operations. Manage and supervise graduate students, coordinate project tasks and deliverables, support proposal development, and prepare periodic reports.

Provide post-award grants and contract management, reconcile and monitor accounts, advise faculty on compliance and payroll adjustments, process invoices and journal entries, manage professorship and foundation accounts, and serve as liaison with university and external offices.

Lead employer relations strategy for LSU's Olinde Career Center, supervise employer engagement team, expand internships/part-time/full-time opportunities, manage employer database and outreach, collaborate with campus partners, measure and report engagement metrics, ensure high-quality employer-facing programs and events, and support division-wide activities and student services.

Oversee and manage UREC indoor/outdoor pools and leisure river, supervise aquatic staff and coordinator, run American Red Cross classes, develop aquatic programming and swim school, manage reservations, budgets, and student support while ensuring safety and quality.

Serve as the school's chief academic officer, leading K-12 instruction, curriculum, assessment, faculty development, and student support. Develop and evaluate academic programs, promote educational innovation, manage accreditation and compliance, oversee faculty hiring and evaluations, and coordinate outreach with families and LSU partners. Manage academic budget and report to the Director.

Provide financial and administrative support for University Recreation, including revenue allocation, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, cash handling, expense reporting, purchasing approvals, office management, student employee supervision, and quality control of financial transactions (up to $1M annually). Assist HR search administration, support events and divisional initiatives, and maintain departmental records and digital file organization.

Supports pre-award sponsored research activities including proposal preparation and submission, compliance review, liaison with faculty and administrative offices, grants and contract administration, recordkeeping, reporting, and maintaining award databases. Provides backup for grant coordinators and assists with website and training material upkeep.

Lead research and education activities in environmental engineering, teach three- to four-credit courses each semester, develop experimental approaches for engineering education, supervise and maintain undergraduate labs (calibration, quality control, equipment upkeep, waste management, safety), and perform other assigned duties.
