Sell and grow revenue within the single-family builder market by prospecting, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, client satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.

Prepare and generate bids and custom quotes, maintain client product programs and SharePoint portals, configure design tools, create SAP documentation and digital forms, support sales teams and customer interactions, and deliver training and SOPs to ensure accurate pricing and sales operations for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings.

Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate installation schedules, dispatch work orders, resolve issues, confirm completion, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Support production team goals and foster positive installer engagement while documenting communications and driving service quality metrics.

Prepare and generate accurate bids and quotes for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings using cost sheets and scopes. Maintain client programs, SharePoint portals, SAP documentation, and proprietary design tools. Support sales teams with pricing analysis, collateral, training, and process improvement while collaborating with account managers and customers.

Oversee regional daily operations, budgets, and P&L while building installation capacity, training and managing Production Managers, growing retail partnerships and revenue, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
