Engineer and maintain DUAL Personal Lines’ data lakehouse and strategic data platforms. Build, test, deploy, orchestrate, integrate, and model data products while maintaining governance, quality, security, and integrity. Supports underwriters with administrative and data-processing tasks, including file clearance, risk prequalification, policy review and issuance, correspondence, inspections, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and client communications. Ensures accurate documentation, timely submission processing, compliance with underwriting guidelines, and efficient workflow management. Handles customer inquiries and other clerical duties while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.

Leads the strategy, development, profitability, and lifecycle management of personal lines insurance products, including homeowners, renters, condominium, and dwelling fire. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, claims, compliance, IT, operations, distribution, and marketing teams to optimize pricing, risk segmentation, regulatory compliance, implementation, and market performance. Serves as the primary business owner and leads cross-functional product initiatives from concept through rollout.

Own assigned areas of the month-end close, prepare complex journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, process accounts payable and expenses, and support financial reporting and audits. The role uses advanced Excel for large datasets, participates in financial system integrations, documents processes, and collaborates with finance leadership and operational teams in a high-growth insurance brokerage environment.

Supports PMO programs and projects by eliciting requirements, developing specifications and documentation, conducting current-state and gap analyses, tracking risks and dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting UAT and change management. Maintains project governance materials, portfolio reporting, benefits tracking, and PMO templates. Partners with Program Managers and business and technology teams across transformation initiatives.
