The Business Development Wholesaler develops and executes business plans to achieve sales goals, builds relationships with financial professionals, and engages in company growth initiatives, utilizing a hybrid approach of fieldwork and virtual meetings.

Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and debt transactions, share repurchases, hedging/derivatives, and reinsurance. Draft and negotiate transaction and financial documents, coordinate with stakeholders and transfer agents, support enterprise projects, due diligence, and post-closing integration. Occasional travel required.
