Leads accounting policy and financial reporting activities by monitoring FASB and NAIC guidance, researching regulatory changes, preparing technical accounting position papers, maintaining policy documentation, supporting financial statement disclosures, implementing policy controls, and advising management and auditors. The role requires strong knowledge of insurance statutory accounting and US GAAP, with responsibility for evaluating unusual transactions, accounting errors, policy changes, and reporting requirements.

Requires deep RILA or indexed annuity expertise, advanced actuarial knowledge, and significant experience with pricing, reporting, modeling, data analysis, or asset/liability management.

Research and analyze competitors' annuity products, pricing, sales, and trends. Maintain competitor databases and produce regular reports and rate updates. Partner with internal teams, present findings to stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and conduct requested research projects to inform product and actuarial decisions.

Complete Jackson product and systems training; support sales by making outbound calls, assisting advisors with illustrations and materials, analyzing territory data, maintaining representative databases, and working with sales managers to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Develop and manage relationships with independent RIAs across Southern CA, NV, and HI to drive annuity and investment sales through meetings, seminars, trainings, campaigns, CRM management, and territory planning. Hybrid role with up to 25% travel and collaboration with internal wholesalers to generate and follow up on leads.

Designs, develops, delivers, and measures learning and development programs using instructional design and human performance methodology. Consults with business leaders, facilitates workshops (in-person, virtual, hybrid), creates eLearning and assessments, coaches, reports on training effectiveness, and manages multiple projects while handling confidential data.

Leads the Institutional Products team marketing GICs, Funding Agreements and MTNs. Oversees underwriting, pricing, sales negotiation, documentation, compliance, financial projections, regulatory monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Treasury, Actuarial and FP&A. Defines PRT product strategy, manages client and dealer relationships, and delivers reporting and project management for institutional business growth and risk management.
