Lead corporate affairs and governance for the Mynt Group: ensure regulatory compliance (SEC/PSE), manage Board and Committee meetings, draft and maintain governance policies and charters, oversee board portal and governance transformation projects, provide legal opinions and support to management, supervise and develop the Corporate Affairs and Governance team, and support cross-functional initiatives and regulatory/audit requests.

Responsible for mitigating revenue leakages, driving incident handling, ensuring compliance in product launches, and reporting key revenue metrics.

Manage performance and reliability of third-party partners, enforce supplier governance, develop partner performance frameworks and lead performance reviews.

The Manager, Business Assurance and Compliance ensures regulatory compliance for fintech solutions, supports audits, develops policies, conducts training, and monitors compliance-related activities.
