The role ensures accurate, timely service delivery and compliance with client agreements while coordinating across internal departments.

Own front-office applications focused on business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization. Gather and prioritize requirements, manage Jira backlogs, facilitate Agile delivery, coordinate testing and UAT, support production issues, and communicate with stakeholders. Develop documentation, training materials, and user guidance while partnering with business, development, QA, and operations teams to deliver user-focused technology enhancements.

Manages private equity closed-end fund accounting, including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, fees, waterfalls, performance reporting, audits, onboarding, and client relationships. Leads teams of up to 10 employees, develops workflows, resolves escalated accounting issues, supports recruitment and training, and ensures compliance with controls and timely service delivery.

Supervise a small private equity fund accounting team and perform fund administration tasks including capital calls and distributions, NAV and financial statement preparation, fee and P&L allocations, waterfall maintenance, performance reporting (IRR), audit support, client reporting, onboarding/transition support, and workflow improvements.

Design and develop the Order Management System to support trading operations, ensuring compliance with finance regulations and application performance.

Manage NAV calculation process and fund accounting teams (up to 10), ensure timely accurate NAVs, reconciliations, fee and P&L reviews, audit readiness, client transitions, process improvements, and cross‑department collaboration while resolving escalations and delivering client service for hedge fund administration.

Serve as SME for FIX connectivity, trade flows, and core applications; manage incidents, troubleshoot production issues across order routing and trade capture, support AWS/Kubernetes environments, perform root-cause analysis, automate improvements, and collaborate with brokers, traders, development, and infrastructure teams in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model.
