Supervise a small private equity fund accounting team and perform fund administration tasks including capital calls and distributions, NAV and financial statement preparation, fee and P&L allocations, waterfall maintenance, performance reporting (IRR), audit support, client reporting, onboarding/transition support, and workflow improvements.

Support FATCA and CRS filings by reviewing investor documentation, validating data, maintaining audit trails, liaising with internal teams, assisting system testing and automation, monitoring regulatory updates, and responding to client inquiries while driving process improvements.

Design and develop the Order Management System to support trading operations, ensuring compliance with finance regulations and application performance.

Supervise investor services activities including reviewing and processing investor transaction instructions, AML/KYC checks, reconciliations, payment schedules, wire transfers, investor and client reporting, audit preparations, handling complex investor queries, and coaching up to four administrators while liaising with NAV, QA, and Compliance.

Processes investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transaction instructions; verifies AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS documentation; reconciles bank accounts; prepares wire transfers, investor statements, client reports, performance distributions, and audit requests. The role also handles investor inquiries, communicates with authorized parties, and collaborates across departments while following established procedures and completing required training.

Provide middle-office trade support for hedge fund and private equity clients, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, cash and collateral management, valuation processing, lifecycle event monitoring, and operational reporting. Resolve breaks and client queries, support OTC documentation, coordinate with clients and brokers, and develop technology solutions. The role may become a primary client contact and support onboarding and cross-team projects.

Manage NAV calculation process and fund accounting teams (up to 10), ensure timely accurate NAVs, reconciliations, fee and P&L reviews, audit readiness, client transitions, process improvements, and cross‑department collaboration while resolving escalations and delivering client service for hedge fund administration.

Provide outsourced AML Officer services for fund clients, maintain AML risk frameworks, review AML/CFT policies and fund-level controls, perform annual AML reviews, sanctions screening escalation, CDD on service providers, client reporting, and liaise with clients and internal teams.

Prepare partnership tax allocations and monthly tax-compliant trial balances, perform U.S. tax analysis for various transactions (e.g., wash sales, Section 1256, derivatives), liaise with external tax advisors, manage client relationships, and support special projects.

Manage collateral and cash operations including margin calls, dispute resolution, collateral settlements, wire processing, securities settlement, reconciliations, and client escalation. Engage with senior hedge fund personnel and support internal development initiatives.
