Manages Workday HCM and Payroll operations, data integrity, integrations, security, reporting, dashboards, annual HR cycles, compliance audits, and user training. Partners with HR, Payroll, and IITS to troubleshoot systems, test upgrades, configure enhancements, maintain documentation, and optimize cross-functional business processes. Serves as the technical liaison with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors while leading Workday projects and system improvements.
