Implements digital and multichannel engagement initiatives for pharmacy professionals, including webinars, e-learning, platform content, and educational programs. Manages projects, agencies, vendors, materials, and samples while supporting Expert VMS Pharmacy initiatives. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and global technical teams to resolve startup issues and improve process performance. After stabilization, own process innovation initiatives, including pilot trials, automation opportunities, technology implementation, and benefit realization.

Leads Caltrate’s APAC growth strategy outside China, covering brand strategy, innovation, communications, activation, portfolio priorities, consumer propositions, and commercialization. Partners with local markets and cross-functional teams to translate insights and trusted science into relevant products, claims, content, and scalable activation plans. Manages business cases, budgets, performance tracking, launches, and market adoption to drive sustainable profitable growth across diverse APAC markets.

Develop and execute Italy’s omnichannel Expert marketing strategy, using digital platforms, media, events, and other touchpoints to engage healthcare professionals. Monitor KPIs, build dashboards, evaluate ROI, and translate analytics into actionable optimization recommendations. Manage key expert engagement activities, coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Categories, Media, and global teams, and support data-driven campaign effectiveness reporting using internal and external research tools.

Manage national and key retail accounts to deliver volume, value, profitability, sales growth, distribution, and in-store execution targets. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying commercial opportunities, coordinating with Marketing and Trade Marketing, managing account operations, conducting business reviews, and leading Joint Business Planning and negotiations with key accounts.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Inclusion Program: maintain databases, prepare reports and communications, manage document control, track requests and small procurement, and protect confidential information.
