Analyzes contact drivers, search behavior, and knowledge gaps to improve self-service and reduce consumer effort. Establishes content standards, governance, metadata, and discoverability practices while coordinating reviews with medical, regulatory, legal, and quality teams. Supports generative AI and digital innovation initiatives by structuring knowledge assets and identifying opportunities for AI-assisted content creation and optimization.

Leads customer strategy and planning for Benefiber and Gas-X, translating brand objectives into customer-specific 4P strategies covering assortment, pricing, promotions, trade funding, merchandising, and innovation launches. Partners with Sales, Brand, Finance, Supply, Analytics, and Shopper Marketing to drive profitable growth, manage customer planning, address performance and inventory issues, and support retail activation. Also manages the Trade Promotion Manager.

Support Net Revenue Management by analyzing promotions, trade investment, and product mix to drive revenue growth. Build ROI and post-promotion analyses, support tools and reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations to Customer Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Leads end-to-end recruitment for North American roles, including sourcing, stakeholder advising, candidate management, assessment, offer negotiation, and closing. Builds talent pipelines, uses market intelligence and recruiting data to support workforce planning, manages complex hiring initiatives, improves candidate experience and hiring outcomes, and represents Haleon’s employer brand. Partners with HR and business leaders in a global matrix environment to deliver inclusive, efficient recruitment solutions.

Leads growth-platform operational planning, financial performance, P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and Long-Range and Annual Business Planning. Develops business cases, monitors KPIs and dashboards, delivers monthly performance reporting, and influences senior stakeholders across functions. Partners with category demand planners to manage forecasts and A&P budgets while identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs that support portfolio growth.

Implements digital and multichannel engagement initiatives for pharmacy professionals, including webinars, e-learning, platform content, and educational programs. Manages projects, agencies, vendors, materials, and samples while supporting Expert VMS Pharmacy initiatives. Monitors KPIs, analyzes performance data, prepares reports, maintains CRM activities, and ensures data quality.
