Coordinate cross-functional teams to perform cycle optimization, design trade studies, operability and transient/steady-state performance analysis, control integration, MBSE-based requirements traceability, and test planning. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and verification support across multiple concurrent propulsion programs, ensuring compliance with performance, operability, and export-controlled requirements.

Lead development and execution of multi-site engine test programs for small uncrewed propulsion systems: plan tests, coordinate partners, ensure test readiness and safety, oversee data acquisition and analysis, resolve issues, and report results to leadership.

Lead Manufacturing Engineer responsible for planning and executing manufacturing processes, developing technical expertise, solving engineering problems with guidance, integrating team work across functions, and providing informal mentorship or early people leadership.

Lead component and product integration for the F414 turbofan CIP program: manage requirements, interfaces, configuration control, V&V and system-level testing; own CIP execution, cost/schedule reporting, KPIs, and customer reporting; lead cross-team problem solving and program control standardization with US Government customers.

Lead aerodynamic analyses for supersonic/hypersonic propulsion and vehicle systems using high-fidelity CFD and multiphysics tools. Develop prediction methods, correlate analytical results with experiments, support validation testing, document assumptions/results, and present findings to multidisciplinary teams and partners to drive design improvements in aerodynamics, aero-acoustics, aero-mechanics, and thermal performance.

Lead technical strategy and provide highest-level engineering authority for aerospace electrical power generation across design, modeling, testing, integration and standards. Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, improve engineering processes, represent power generation expertise, coordinate with Chief Engineer Office, and support product competitiveness and regulatory engagement.
