Lead People & Culture for a luxury hotel, overseeing benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, training, performance management, compensation compliance, budgets, workers' compensation, diversity and wellness programs, and succession planning.

Lead daily HR operations and support strategic People & Culture initiatives. Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, training, budgets, and compliance. Partner with department leaders to drive engagement, standards achievement, and labor cost improvements while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture in the hotel.

Manage core accounting activities and financial controls for the lodge, overseeing payroll, taxation, reconciliations, month-end close, statutory compliance, and team development to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong governance.

Provide on-site IT support and systems administration for Four Seasons Nashville, managing user accounts, server and desktop environments, O365 and VPN connectivity, security/compliance processes, and guest/event technology to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

Provide strategic financial leadership for the hotel, overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, audits, compliance, and financial analysis. Partner with the General Manager to drive performance, manage risk, evaluate capital projects, and lead the finance team to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance for multi-user systems and PCs, manage help desk tickets, create/delete user accounts, maintain virtual servers, networking, antivirus, and web filtering. Support O365/Azure and Windows 10/11, hospitality systems (PMS, POS, Saflok), printers and mobile devices; coordinate vendors, inventory software/hardware, assist purchasing when needed, respond on-call and in emergencies.

Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team: respond to employee inquiries, assist recruitment and onboarding, maintain Workday records, administer benefits and medical plans, organize employee events, manage confidential files, support employee relations and vendor relationships, and perform general HR office duties.

Provide front-line HR support including recruitment, applicant and employee inquiries, employment verifications, report and file maintenance, benefits administration, onboarding/orientation, event support, and administrative assistance to the P&C and executive team while maintaining confidentiality.

The Learning & Development Specialist designs and implements training programs, evaluates service quality, manages onboarding, and supports performance improvement initiatives to enhance guest and employee experiences.
