Leads the pre-opening and ongoing technology operations of a luxury resort, overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, telecommunications, hospitality systems, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, disaster recovery, and technology-enabled guest and employee experiences. The role includes implementing systems, recruiting and developing the IT team, maintaining operational reliability, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with corporate technology standards and regulatory requirements.

Processes and posts payments, reconciles accounts receivable and credit card accounts, prepares invoices and statements, follows up on collections, handles billing inquiries, reviews contracts and payment terms, maintains credit records, and identifies billing discrepancies. The position follows a hybrid schedule in Miami and requires 10–15% travel.
