Manages accounting operations under the Assistant Director of Finance, including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, income audit, and general cashiering. Use recruitment analytics, social media, job fairs, networking, and sourcing tools to attract candidates across roles from general workers through planning committee positions.

Assists the Director of People and Culture in leading HR strategy and daily operations at Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Oversees benefits administration, recruitment and retention, compensation and wage administration, employee relations, learning and development, and local diversity initiatives while helping deliver an exceptional employee experience and workplace culture.

Designs and delivers onboarding, operational learning, compliance, and development programs across three properties. Conducts learning needs analyses, creates training plans and calendars, manages Certified Departmental Trainer program, selects vendors, measures training impact, manages budgets, and supports change initiatives. Coaches managers and facilitates in-person training and property-wide learning initiatives.

Lead and manage all property IT operations including PMS, POS, network, servers, Active Directory, backups and security. Provide 24/7 system availability, end-user and guest support, vendor/contracts management, budgeting, and implementation of corporate technology standards and projects.

The role drives adoption of financial tools and procedures, monitors service-level KPIs, supports systems and policy implementation, provides property and stakeholder support, and contributes to cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Occasional travel and a hybrid schedule in Miami are required.

Analyzes hotel labor costs and standards to support profitability, producing daily, payroll-period, and monthly labor reports. Investigates variances, overtime, sick pay, staffing levels, and accrued payroll; supports departmental labor budgeting and scheduling setup. The role also processes accounts payable invoices, prepares checks, reconciles records, transfers charges, maintains files, and assists with inventory activities.
