Analyzes and improves healthcare supply chain processes across clinical inventory, purchasing, vendors, receiving, distribution, and accounts payable. Manages ERP, item master, vendor, and EDI configurations; produces supply chain reporting; identifies process improvements; supports optimization projects; and serves as a liaison between Supply Chain, ERP/IT teams, vendors, and business users. Facilitates Lean process improvement and organizational transformation across interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Coaches leaders, applies Lean tools such as A3 problem solving, value stream mapping, Kaizen, standardized work, and daily management, and develops actionable improvement strategies. Operates the Lean Academy, creates adult-learning curriculum, delivers training, documents results, and supports project, data, and change management initiatives.
