Leads Ferring’s state government affairs and advocacy strategy, including legislative and regulatory monitoring, lobbying compliance, policymaker relationships, coalition building, policy communications, and reimbursement advocacy. Partners with internal stakeholders to advance business objectives, product launches, patient access, and public policy priorities. Manages external consultants, lobbying firms, budgets, timelines, and advocacy initiatives. The role is based in Washington, D.C., requires up to 50% travel, and represents Ferring before government and healthcare stakeholders.

The Associate Project Manager supports site PMO and Operational Excellence initiatives, coordinating project deliverables, tracking milestones, facilitating governance reviews, and following up with Technical Operations and Quality teams. The role leads or supports cross-functional projects, documents process gaps, applies Lean and continuous improvement methods, participates in Gemba and PSQDC activities, supports root cause analysis, and presents project data and progress clearly.
