Lead and manage freshman recruitment strategies and a team of Admissions Counselors to meet enrollment goals. Design recruitment events, use data and Slate CRM to evaluate territory performance, coordinate with campus partners, deliver training, represent FAU at outreach events, produce productivity reports, and ensure compliance with admissions policies and ethical standards.

Officiate Intramural Sports, score keeping, assist with logistics, manage equipment, ensure participant security, and handle minor disputes.

Coordinate housing assignments, appeals, applications, room changes, and special-population placements for upperclassmen and graduate students. Serve as primary contact for renewals, internships/guest housing, and appeals; maintain student data in StarRez, provide customer service via email/phone/in-person/chatbot, assist with events, and complete required administrative and compliance tasks.
