Define standards, manage vendor selection, integrate PLC/SCADA/robotics with ERP/MES/WMS, ensure cybersecurity and safety compliance, set KPIs, report to executives, and drive continuous improvement and smart factory roadmaps.

Manage large, complex Excellerate product orders from quotation through production. Coordinate vendors and purchasing, ensure profitability and customer satisfaction, present metrics, attend stakeholder meetings, coach managers, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Design and develop mechanical systems for power products, convert prototypes to production, perform cooling calculations, ensure compliance with codes, inspect installations, conduct field surveys, produce reports and technical manuals, mentor junior engineers, and use computer-aided engineering/design tools.

Manage large, complex electrical/manufacturing projects from order to delivery. Oversee project managers, ensure profitability, schedule adherence, safety, material coordination, customer relationships, and performance evaluations. Support estimating, review orders/quotations, visit job sites, and report manufacturing metrics.

Lead ETO engineering projects end-to-end: plan, budget, schedule, allocate resources, manage risks, control costs, oversee contracts/invoices, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Design and improve manufacturing systems to increase efficiency, reduce waste, ensure quality and safety. Analyze production processes, implement Lean methods and technological improvements, design layouts, prepare inventory analysis and procurement, generate process documentation and reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize production issues.
