Manages site operations, office systems, workflows, budgets, financial processes, vendors, inventory, logistics, and cross-functional initiatives. The role improves operational efficiency, supports technology and office needs, coordinates events, assists with hiring and onboarding, analyzes data, and serves as a liaison to staff, visitors, vendors, and community partners. Manage a portfolio, write grant proposals and reports, steward donors, build prospect pipeline, forecast revenue, collaborate with leadership and operations, use Salesforce for tracking, and represent City Year at events to drive funding and engagement.

Lead and develop a team of AmeriCorps members to implement City Year's Whole School Whole Child model in partner schools. Manage performance, coach members on tutoring and student supports, use data to inform decisions, coordinate with school partners, ensure service compliance, and contribute to training and team learning.

The Impact Manager oversees 5-10 AmeriCorps members at a partner school, focusing on improving student performance through interventions in ELA and math, managing member development, and coordinating after-school programs.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal. Support sponsorship fulfillment, develop engagement strategies, create impact reporting and stewardship materials, maintain donor records in Salesforce, conduct prospect research, and collaborate across development, marketing, and program teams to meet fundraising goals.

Lead corporate fundraising and stewardship to raise ~$1M annually, build pipelines of $25K+ and $100K+ corporate sponsors, manage corporate partnerships strategy and team, collaborate with development, marketing, and national City Year staff, and ensure accurate gift tracking and stewardship using Salesforce.
