Lead design, development, and maintenance of low-latency US Treasury/Rates eTrading systems. Provide technical leadership, deliver end-to-end solutions, collaborate with traders and stakeholders, ensure code quality, compliance, incident resolution, and contribute to project planning and continuous improvement.

The Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements, maps current and future-state processes, develops test plans and cases, coordinates UAT and defect management, and supports project planning and monitoring. The role prepares project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and presentations; manages stakeholder communication; identifies risks, issues, control changes, and process improvements; and liaises with business, compliance, legal, technology, and vendor teams.
