Lead design, implementation, and maturation of global privacy, AI governance, and compliance programs. Lead design, build, and productionization of Generative AI products and traditional applications across business functions. Scope use cases with stakeholders, architect scalable GenAI and multi-agent systems (RAG, embeddings, vector/hybrid/agentic search), mentor developers, manage full software lifecycle, ensure security/governance compliance, and communicate progress to technical and non-technical audiences.

Provide instrumentation and electrical engineering support for manufacturing: troubleshoot I&E issues up to 480V, lead root-cause analyses and reliability programs, support MOC and capital projects, audit scopes/specs, review PM plans, evaluate vendors, and train/coach technicians and operators.

Provide hands-on support for site automation, process control, and instrumentation (DCS/PLC/SIS). Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain control logic, graphics, and networks; assist commissioning and modifications; support alarm management, process historians, cybersecurity backups, and MOC. Participate in investigations, on-call rotation, and small project support while applying process safety fundamentals.

Lead North America business development for Advanced Performance Materials, build account plans and stakeholder relationships, secure new customers in target markets (semiconductor, medical, hydrogen, EV), manage opportunity pipeline, and coordinate cross-functional product qualification and market insights to drive revenue growth.
