Supports the Credit Department through process-improvement and enhancement projects, including invoice processing, construction loan draw packages, TRID fee reconciliation, data scrubs, portfolio reporting, workflow optimization, and Smartsheet administration. Creates reports using banking systems, loan origination software, data warehouses, and Power BI. Requires strong organization, data analysis, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsible for soliciting mortgage loans by interviewing applicants, managing loan processing, and overseeing the originator staff while meeting production goals.
