The Staff Engineer will perform field and lab tests, manage testing projects, prepare proposals, maintain client relations, and develop engineering solutions.

Lead client-facing environmental remediation projects, oversee budgets/timelines, provide technical oversight of investigations and remedial actions (soil, vapor, groundwater), mentor staff, drive business development, and represent the firm at industry events and regulatory negotiations.

Perform field and laboratory geotechnical and materials tests, prepare proposals and engineering reports, manage small projects, maintain client communications, observe construction, and develop experience toward a Professional Engineer license.

Work independently, communicate with CAD Manager/Project Manager/field staff to clarify requests and ensure accurate deliverables.

Lead HR systems strategy and Workday projects: gather requirements, design and deploy enhancements, troubleshoot incidents, conduct testing, train users, perform ROI analyses, partner with InfoSec, and identify automation opportunities to improve HR processes.
