Serves as the primary customer contact, processing orders, monitoring production and shipments, coordinating inventory and delivery issues, maintaining customer accounts, and providing required documentation. Analyzes process, quality, output, and waste data; resolves customer claims; develops specifications; supports new product launches; and mentors engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing personnel.

Performs moderate-to-complex electrical and facility engineering tasks with limited supervision. Leads routine projects, develops electrical machine/system designs, performs testing/validation and engineering calculations, creates/reviews technical drawings, manages project costs/schedules, handles purchasing/vendor coordination, supports installation/start-up/training, and participates in continuous improvement. Role requires travel for site work and project support.

The Quality Auditor conducts physical and visual testing of products to ensure quality standards are met, maintains records, and assists in training staff.

Provide daily support for assigned customer accounts, manage top-tier accounts, proactively engage customers to understand needs, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure requirements are met, drive account growth, and perform related duties with minimal supervision.
