Provide technical expertise and application support for Alfa Laval separation equipment. Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct customer visits and trainings, analyze connected-equipment data for reliability improvements, support service sales and product launches, generate CRM leads, and collaborate with field service to implement value-added services. Travel to customer sites (up to 40%) and deliver cluster training and technical presentations.
