The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day client coordination and service delivery, managing operations, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective service and communication.

Support surety account team by preparing and processing bonds, maintaining client files, collecting underwriting documentation, coordinating with carriers, and providing administrative support. Learn surety processes and progressively assume greater responsibility while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely client communication.

Sell Auris payroll and HCM solutions to small and mid-sized businesses through prospecting, phone and in-person presentations, closing deals, upselling, and maintaining CRM records. Train and coach Payroll Client Advisors, report to the Payroll Division Manager, attend meetings, and meet production targets while spending substantial time in the field.

Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects: build, deploy, and maintain LLM/NLP and ML models in production. Translate business needs into technical plans, collaborate cross-functionally, apply MLOps and observability best practices, and improve model performance and reliability.

Manage post-sale administration of multi-life Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) programs, oversee enrollment processes, coordinate billing and policy delivery, review eligibility, develop enrollment strategies and communications, collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients, and use agency management systems to ensure timely program execution.
