Sell Auris payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses through prospecting, in-person and phone presentations, using the Atlas CRM to close deals. Maintain CRM records, meet production targets, collaborate with Payroll Territory/Division Managers, attend meetings, and complete training. Field work required (minimum 50%).

The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day client coordination and service delivery, managing operations, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective service and communication.
