Prepare and analyse financial performance versus targets, produce management and statutory accounts, forecast results, support investment business cases, recommend cost efficiencies, manage financial control and audit interactions, contribute to strategy and planning, and coach finance analysts.

Provide management reporting and financial analysis across the credit cycle, monitor performance vs targets, produce forecasts, support management accounts/regulatory reporting, analyze variances and drivers of income/cost, recommend performance improvements, support audits, and assist with general ledger control and accounts payable as needed.

Provide second-line support and administration for end-user and application systems (desktops, servers, ATMs, Teller and card/PIN systems). Proactively generate and convert SME product leads to meet sales targets, provide hands-on sales support, complete account openings and KYC documentation, resolve SME product queries, ensure operational compliance with KYC/AML and bank policies, and contribute to team development and coverage.

Conduct in-depth credit assessments for high-value commercial clients, analyze financial statements, monitor covenants and portfolio risk, manage credit applications and reviews, use credit risk grading models, ensure policy compliance, and support client solutioning and recovery processes.
