Lead pre-sales technical engagements: gather business requirements, design solutions, run discovery workshops, build demos/proofs-of-concept, support tenders, and hand over to implementation while advocating customer needs to product teams.

Provide remote technical support for Objective's SaaS and on‑prem products: own ticket lifecycle, diagnose application/database/infrastructure issues (logs, SQL), meet SLAs, document solutions, translate issues to engineering, and collaborate with account teams to drive customer satisfaction.

The Account Director will drive revenue growth through acquiring new customers, executing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
