The Solutions Engineer at SpryPoint is responsible for leading the technical sales process, creating tailored demos, and serving as a trusted advisor to utilities considering SaaS solutions for operational modernization.

Design and build a test automation framework from scratch; write and maintain API, integration, and end-to-end UI tests; integrate suites into CI/CD; reduce flakiness; apply and evaluate AI-assisted testing tools; mentor engineers and raise automation quality across squads.

Build and lead a QA automation function: define strategy, select tooling, integrate tests into CI/CD, write automated tests and framework components, hire and coach automation engineers, drive risk-based testing and quality gates, and evaluate/adopt AI-assisted testing while maintaining human review and trusted quality metrics.

Produce and maintain user guides, release notes, and technical documentation for SpryPoint products. Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to gather information, ensure timely bi-weekly release notes, establish documentation templates and standards, edit peer content, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve clarity and usability.

Design and develop engaging client-facing training, convert technical documentation into activities and assessments, support client implementations and internal onboarding, collaborate with product/UI/Service Delivery, and contribute to e-learning initiatives and occasional onsite events.

The Project Manager will manage the implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions in the utility industry, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.

Lead SpryPoint's full-stack marketing to build a measurable demand-generation engine: own digital, field, partner, product, and content marketing; drive pipeline and positioning for long utility buying cycles; manage contractors, budgets, events, GTM analytics, and AI-enabled outreach in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
