Manages assigned U.S. retail and e-retail accounts by developing account strategies, driving sales growth, coordinating launches and promotional programs, monitoring inventory and allocations, and maintaining retailer partnerships. Monitors channel performance, budgets, forecasts, engagement, conversion, revenue, and retention metrics, translating insights into recommendations. Partners with marketing, creative, analytics, technology, eCommerce, and agency teams to deliver customer communications and improve operational efficiency. Requires strong lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, project management, analytical, and marketing technology expertise.

Own digital and social design projects from concept through final execution. Develop distinctive visual concepts and assets for social, email, web, e-commerce, campaigns, and paid media. Create still and motion content, support photoshoots, art direct creative, prepare product imagery, and collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Social, Global Design, and external partners. Present ideas, manage deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and explore emerging tools and trends, including AI.

Supports HR controlling, workforce planning, headcount governance, budgeting, forecasting, people analytics, and labor-cost management across Miami, Brazil, and Argentina. Prepares workforce reports, dashboards, variance analyses, cost projections, and planning scenarios while coordinating with HR, Finance, payroll, and business stakeholders. Maintains data accuracy, controls, documentation, and confidentiality, and supports organizational changes, process improvements, audits, and management reporting.
