Supports testing and validation of automotive EV components for performance, durability, and reliability. Sets up and monitors mechanical, electrical, and thermal test equipment; collects and analyzes data; develops test plans and procedures; documents results; maintains calibration; troubleshoots failures; and collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams. Leads launch and productionization of electric vehicle product lines. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, supply chain, quality, production, suppliers, and operations; managing milestones, gate reviews, dashboards, risks, budgets, change requests, and corrective actions; supporting requirements, design reviews, validation testing, product improvements, and model-year changes.

Lead mechanical design and development for electric and internal-combustion powertrain systems. Responsibilities include resolving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, establishing FEA and design standards, supporting failure investigations and cost reduction, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers during production ramp-ups. The role requires ownership of powertrain systems across their full lifecycle, strong CAD and FEA expertise, rotating component design experience, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) to deliver Fleet dashboard, payment integrations, and vehicle configuration tools; provide architecture and firmware integration guidance, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive prioritization and technical excellence.

Validate battery pack electrical and thermal performance for the Auxiliary Power System. Develop automated test software using LabVIEW or CANalyzer, create validation procedures and test cases, specify instrumentation and data acquisition methods, analyze results, support BMS development, document findings, troubleshoot test setups, and build safe, organized laboratory test stations.
