The Principal Power Electronics Engineer will lead the design, testing, and validation of high voltage systems for electric vehicles, focusing on high-power electronics projects and cross-functional collaboration.

The Technical Program Manager will manage engineering programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve project issues, and drive product improvement initiatives for medium-duty electric vehicles.

Responsible for supplier quality across low-voltage wiring harnesses, PCBAs, cameras, radars, and electromechanical assemblies. Duties include supplier audits, process validation, APQP, PPAP, FAI, incoming inspections, documentation review, performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, MRB leadership, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Domestic and international travel of 30–50% is required.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Platform team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps) to deliver Fleet dashboard, payment integrations, and vehicle configuration tools; provide architecture and firmware integration guidance, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive prioritization and technical excellence.

Serve as the technical authority for threaded fasteners and structural joining across electric vehicle platforms. Develop fastener standards, tightening strategies, coating specifications, and supplier quality requirements. Lead joint validation, bolt testing, torque-to-failure and pull-out testing, production torque monitoring, and quality audits. Configure and validate DC nutrunners, multi-spindle fixtures, and riveting tools, while ensuring traceability and MES integration. Support root-cause analysis and fastening process improvements across design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and assembly plants.

Provide first-level desktop support for hardware, peripherals, and software; respond to service requests within SLAs; provision and deploy computers; maintain IT asset inventory; install and upgrade OS, drivers, and applications; support end users and troubleshoot issues.

Manage and own one or more electrical subsystems/programs for a medium-duty EV chassis. Create and maintain project plans, drive milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing), lead PDT meetings, support supplier engagements, implement engineering processes (Design Reviews, DFMEA, CAE, DVPRs), resolve technical issues with RCA and corrective actions, manage change control and resource/budget planning.

The Manufacturing Test Engineer will develop, implement, and improve testing for electric drive units, manage specifications, analyze data, and lead vendor management for test rigs.

Lead capital markets and fundraising strategy across equity, debt, and tax credits; maintain investor relations and public-market preparedness; build financial models and forecasts; drive go-to-market research and strategy for a growth vertical; engage partners and customers; and manage CFO/CEO-directed ad-hoc finance and strategic projects.

Support monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and financial reporting. Perform variance analysis, prepare dashboards and ad-hoc models, monitor KPIs, partner with business leaders and accounting, and improve reporting processes and tools through automation and system enhancements.
