Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, improving workflows, managing master data, supporting procurement, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, and planning processes, building SuiteFlows and SuiteScripts, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, creating reports, and providing user training. The role requires collaboration across departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure system performance, compliance, and data consistency.

Battery Test Intern supporting high-voltage battery characterization and validation. Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, designing fixtures, creating test methods, conducting cell-, module-, and pack-level tests, logging and analyzing data, preparing reports, and debugging low-voltage test setups. The role is full-time and primarily onsite in Garden Grove, California, with opportunities to support design engineering and testing at an electric vehicle startup.

Supports testing and validation of automotive EV components for performance, durability, and reliability. Sets up and monitors mechanical, electrical, and thermal test equipment; collects and analyzes data; develops test plans and procedures; documents results; maintains calibration; troubleshoots failures; and collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams. The intern also assists with testing infrastructure development and root-cause analysis.

Conduct hands-on electrical testing for power electronics, PCBAs, batteries, and high-voltage EV subsystems. Lead prototype bring-up, design and production verification, reliability testing, test fixture development, automation, root-cause analysis, and DVP&R execution. Document test results, collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers, train technicians, and enforce high-voltage safety protocols. The role supports offsite testing with less than 30% travel.

Manage daily operations and infrastructure of the electrical engineering lab, including equipment, testing capabilities, inventory, maintenance, calibration, safety, and budgets. Lead wiring harness technicians, assign work, review requests, and develop lab capabilities for power electronics and hardware-in-the-loop testing. The role requires lab management experience, technician supervision, familiarity with Jira and Coupa, 2D drawing comprehension, and strong communication skills.
