Build reference applications and integrations, create documentation and educational content, support and grow the open-source developer community, produce videos and blog posts, and relay community feedback to improve Medplum’s developer experience. The role requires strong full-stack TypeScript and React development, technical communication, external engagement, and twice-weekly in-person collaboration in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Help enterprise healthcare customers implement and expand Medplum by conducting workshops, troubleshooting deployments, providing technical guidance, and developing integrations and healthcare workflows. Build trusted executive relationships, identify new use cases, manage implementation workstreams, write full-stack TypeScript code, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering. As a founding team member, establish Solutions Engineering processes, culture, tools, and success metrics.
