Support tax professionals by preparing individual and fiduciary tax returns (1040/1041), researching tax regulations, assisting with compliance, and performing project and administrative tasks during a January–April internship (minimum 25 hours/week).

The Tax Sr. Manager will lead complex tax engagements, focusing on consulting, compliance, and team leadership for multi-tiered pass-through entities and C corps.

The Tax Manager will oversee a client portfolio, ensure tax compliance, mentor team members, and deliver strategic tax solutions, while remaining proactive in enhancing service delivery.

Interns will assist with maintaining and reconciling general ledgers, processing transactions, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, while receiving mentorship and training.
