Manage client relationships and lead tax engagements including review and preparation of complex tax returns, planning and research, audit representation, mentoring staff, coordinating concurrent projects, and supporting business development.

Lead and supervise audit engagements across diverse industries, review junior staff work, prepare complex engagement sections, mentor team members, ensure timely accurate deliverables, and use CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, and DataSnipper to improve audit efficiency.

Lead tax department scheduling, capacity management, and operational workflows. Manage staff assignments, monitor workload distribution, run staffing calls, track deadlines and extensions, produce operational reports, and optimize processes to improve turnaround, accuracy, and utilization across tax service lines and offices.

The Tax Manager will oversee a client portfolio, ensure tax compliance, mentor team members, and deliver strategic tax solutions, while remaining proactive in enhancing service delivery.
