Collaborate closely with Product and Design while working with complex financial data and partially defined requirements.

Lead the design, operation, and scaling of AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes production environments for a fintech platform. Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment tooling while improving reliability, security, performance, and resilience. Develop workflows for invoicing, collections, payroll, reporting, and month-end close; create integrations with banking, accounting, payroll, payment, and communication platforms; and architect secure, auditable, reliable infrastructure. Collaborate directly with founders and finance teams, design intuitive interfaces, iterate based on customer feedback, and help establish the startup’s engineering culture and technical standards.
