Configure carbon accounting, ESG reporting, data models, workflows, integrations, and reporting logic; troubleshoot data and platform issues; facilitate workshops and training; coordinate stakeholders and partners; advise customers on sustainability methodologies and disclosure requirements; and support adoption through handover. The role also contributes reusable delivery practices, product feedback, enablement materials, and responsible use of AI in sustainability workflows.
