The Principal Technology Architect - QA will design QA architecture for SaaS products, implement AI-driven testing, and mentor engineers. They will ensure quality practices are adopted across teams and represent the organization in the quality engineering field.

Design, build, and operate production-grade automation and agent frameworks to integrate documentation, localization, and content platforms. Lead CI/CD pipelines, REST API integrations, LLM-based automation, monitoring, and cross-functional mentorship to reduce manual effort and improve reliability at scale.

Lead and grow a distributed senior engineering team as a player-coach, delivering shared SaaS platform services and core AI capabilities. Drive cloud-native architecture, model integration, reliability, FedRAMP compliance, AI-first engineering practices, and partner closely with Product, Security, and Platform Engineering to define roadmaps and technical standards.

Provide advanced technical support for B2B integration products (Sterling B2B Integrator/File Gateway), diagnose and resolve complex enterprise issues across networks, OS, databases, virtualization and cloud; manage cases, document knowledge base articles, perform remote troubleshooting and on-call/weekend coverage, and apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and remediation.

Provide technical presales support: perform discovery, deliver custom demos, workshops, POCs and pilots, build solutions on Databricks/Snowflake/cloud, advise on cloud modernization and AI initiatives, and represent Precisely at events (travel ~30%).

Support the sales enablement team by coordinating and delivering enablement programs, building and adapting content using AI tools, running role-play/readiness activities, collecting basic metrics, and gathering field feedback. Work under senior team members with mentorship to grow into a full Sales Enablement Manager role.

Lead value engineering engagements to develop success plans, diagnostics, business cases, and multi-year roadmaps. Advise senior client stakeholders, run discovery workshops, create deliverables and POVs, collaborate with sales and field teams, enable self-service business cases, and contribute to VE methodology and AI-enabled tooling. Requires travel (~40%) and strong data management, presales, financial, storytelling, and GenAI skills.

Build accessible, performant production frontend experiences end-to-end. Own UX discovery, interaction design, automated tests, CI/CD validation, and quality. Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, collaborate with product and backend engineers, debug pipelines, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as an individual-contributor HR Business Partner for the Americas, advising managers and employees on HR policies, HRIS administration, onboarding/exits, compensation, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, org design, workforce planning, and regional HR projects (including M&A). Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and support broader corporate HR initiatives. Occasional travel (<10%) to regional meetings.

Develop full-stack, AI-first MDM features using Java and modern JavaScript (React/Angular). Build responsive UIs, design REST APIs, write unit/integration tests, debug front-end and backend systems, and apply AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across Product, UX, QA, and Platform teams.
