Develop and maintain iOS applications across the full product lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, performance optimization, releases, and ongoing support. Collaborate with product and internal teams to plan features, improve user experience, maintain legacy applications, and ensure quality standards. The role requires Swift and Objective-C expertise, App Store publishing experience, and familiarity with APIs, analytics, WebRTC, and WebSocket technologies.

Develop and manage scalable talent acquisition systems aligned with company growth. Forecast hiring needs, define roles and competency frameworks, design recruitment pipelines, screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, improve candidate experience, and track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and source quality. Own the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding.

Lead paid growth and P&L for a flagship mobile MOBA, set channel strategy across Meta and Google, manage a 2–5 person UA team, partner with creative and data on LTV-driven reporting, MMP/attribution, and scale profitable acquisition across the app portfolio.
