Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for U.S. Army loitering munition systems, including requirements, architecture, verification, validation, hardware-software integration, certification, and technical risk management. Lead the Systems Engineering IPT, mentor engineers, manage technical baselines, oversee design reviews and test readiness, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with government stakeholders, engineering teams, test organizations, and field personnel.

Design, build, and maintain systems-level Rust software for an AI-powered autonomous drone platform. Integrate AI/ML pipelines, develop networking and protocol components, support autonomy features, and create reliable software for resource-constrained, low-latency environments. Develop and test through simulation while collaborating with ML engineers and contributing across application and systems layers.

Lead and scale the US accounting function: oversee day-to-day accounting, inventory control and cost accounting for manufacturing, maintain GL and sub-ledgers, perform monthly close and reconciliations, prepare journal entries, support audits and due diligence, and help implement ERP/procure-to-pay/T&E systems while partnering with finance leadership.
